It was a pleasant class with the students of 8th grades. First I had a warm up conversation about the countries where people used to eat this food, I wrote the recipe on the board and with the students’ collaboration we had a nice class preparing delicious waffles.
If you would like to prepare, there goes the recipe.
Ingredients
2 cups of flour
2 cups of milk
2 teaspoons of butter
2 eggs separated
A dash of salt
Topping – Strawberry, chocolate, honey, etc
Preparation
Mix all the dry ingredients
Add the yolks, milk and butter
Put some into a waffle
Choose the topping you like most and Enjoy it!
